I would like to give a big "thank you" to Mallory. She was very helpful in helping me find a replacement cleanout cover for our facility here in Alaska. I inquired with a couple different vendors for this part, and only Mallory actually followed up with me. She did what she said she would do in a timely fashion. Absolutely the best customer service I've ever seen with a company. I'm a facilities manager so I deal with a lot of people and she was an absolute joy to speak with.
