Q: I work for the U.S. Coast Guard we have the elkay drinking fountain model # ESWA8S1Z, it has been sitting for approx for one and half years not being used, the water line was securred and we have just recently fixed the problem with the seals. Is there a preferred method of cleaning the system?

A: You will want to use food grade sanitizer and flush that through the system.
