Q: On the bottle filler, when you place a bottle in front of the sensor it comes on for 30 seconds, factory set. is this the amount of time it takes on average to fill a 16 oz bottle?? so if I pass my hand in front of the sensor it will come on for 30 seconds?

A: The bottle filler should only run when sensing a bottle in front of it, once you pull the bottle away it should shut. The 30 second time out is only if someone would set a bottle in front of the sensor and walk away and they forget to come back and retrieve the bottler.

Q: How do I adjust the flow of water coming from the bottle filling station on the EZH2O?

A: The water flow from the bottle filler is not adjustable. If you are having an issue with the flow you may want to check to be sure the water inlet valve is completely open and that there are no kinks in the tubing.
