This Elkay EZS8L Water Cooler Drinking Fountain (Part #102357) is quick and easy to install. There are no special skills or tools required to get the job done.
1) Verify the plumbing rough-ins for the waste and water line match the Specifications.
2) Install the Mounting Bracket using the appropriate fasteners to hold the Water Cooler onto the wall. Set the Cooler properly in the slots on the Mounting Bracket.
3) Remove the 4 screws on the bottom of the cooler and remove the Lower Wrapper Panel by pulling straight down. Set the panel aside.
4) Fasten the unit to the wall using 2 screws in the 7/16 bolt holes towards the bottom of the fountain.
5) Simply attach the drain and waste lines (similar to a faucet)
6) Plug in the Water Cooler into a standard outlet and reattach the lower panel.

0voteA: If the water stays on at a full stream, it is most likely a bad solenoid valve. If it is a slow dribble out of the bubbler, it is most likely to be a bad cartridge regulator.Posted by Kully Supply on Wednesday, January 22, 2014

0voteA: Sounds like your water regulator needs replacing. Over time, the spring will wear out, causing it to slightly stay open and let water through. http://www.drinkingfountaindoctor.com/elkay-61314c-green-spring-cartridgePosted by Kully Supply on Saturday, August 10, 2013
