Q: The water stream is too low even though it is supposed to have an automatic steam regulator. Any way of increasing the stream?

Yes, this Halsey Taylor HAC8FS (SS) Barrier-Free Water Cooler (Part #102370) has a Regulator Cartridge that you can adjust to increase the water stream.

To adjust the regulator:

1) Find the small adjustment hole below the bump out of the fountain where the push bars are located.

2) Insert a straight blade screwdriver into the hole. Turn clockwise to increase the water stream and counterclockwise to decrease the stream.

If adjusting the cartridge doesn't resolve the issue, we recommend replacing the Green Spring Housing Kit (Part #140048).
