Q: Push Bar Actuation Mechanism is pressed and allows water to flow per usual. However, recently the water does not shut off for 15 -20 seconds after being released. How do I correct this? Is there a repair manual or troubleshooting site?

A: The issue is going to be either the solenoid valve sticking open or a switch. What you can do is activate the unit and immediately unplug it and if the water does run after it is unplugged than you will need to replace the solenoid, if it shuts off than it is a switch.
