Q: How do I adjust water flow? We have an older model (PLFBSKPE...I think)and the water shoots past the fountain and onto the wall. I tried the screw that is accessible on the bottom. It didn't do anything to the flow. Thanks

A: Underneath the bubbler head is a stem assembly inside of a brass valve body. One of the ends has a screw that can be turned to adjust the height of the water. A flat head screwdriver will be needed.
