    A: Most of the time it is because your Valve Stem is not closing off all the way, causing the unit to continuously run.

Q: How do we adjust water volume on a side by side versacooler? One side is high and other side very low.

    A: To adjust the water volume on the P8ACSL Bi-Level water cooler you need a flat blade screw driver. You will turn the flat slot on the cartridge either clockwise or counter clockwise to get the desired height. The cartridge is located just past the push bars on the bottom side of the cooler. There is a small hole to put the flat bladed screw driver into to adjust the cartridge.
