Q: Just bought a pre-owned P8FA water cooler. Just wondering if it is still under warranty. I believe it is one year old. Model number is: 1019001393. Hopefully it is (peace of mind).

    Oasis has a 5 year limited warranty from the date the Drinking Fountain was manufactured.

    You will want to refer to the first 4 digits of your Oasis Serial Number to determine the manufactured date. The first 2 numbers will be the year and the following 2 numbers will be the week of the year. For your unit, it was manufactured in the 19th week of 2010 (05/2010).
