A:
The Valve on this Oasis Water Cooler is factory set. If adjustment is required, follow these steps to adjust the Stream Height:

1) Remove the handle set screw and remove the white handle

2) Unthread the nozzle assembly

3) Take off the gray outer shell of the bubbler

4) Slightly turn the adjustment screw on the left side of the brass valve body with a straight blade screwdriver

Counterclockwise= Increase Water Stream
Clockwise= Decrease Water Stream

5) Reinstall the bubbler guard, nozzle, & handle and you're good to go

A: Underneath the casing for the bubbler head, you will find a brass valve body. You will need a flat head screwdriver and on one end you can insert the screwdriver into the large screw and turn left and right to adjust the height of the water stream.
