Q: I'm getting reports that this unit is not working properly (It seems to be working intermittently). I am going to visit the school on Monday, November 6th to check it out, any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks , Craig

    If this Oasis PWEBF VersaFiller Retrofit Kit (Part #164521) is running intermittently, there could be an issue with the Sensor or Solenoid Valve.

    First, we recommend re-calibrating the sensor by pressing and holding the “Infrared Sensitivity" button on the program mode screen.

    If re-calibrating the sensor does not resolve the issue, we recommend contacting our Drinking Fountain Experts for Troubleshooting assistance.
